Here you can find great pictures of German Hussars. Twenty regiments are presented, every picture has a detailed description. It's a great source of knowledge about Husaren - Regiments, one of the best online I have ever seen. Too bad, it's in French.

Militaerpass No.9

Here we have a Militaerpass of a Dragoner Otto Krause.

His first unit was a 3. Schlesische Dragoner Regiment No. 15, Ersatz Eskadron (he entered the service on 1915 as a Kriegsfreiwilliger ?).

He fought in a Putna Battle and Sereth (Romania). Then: Aisne (1917), Oberelass (1918), Lothringen, Flandern, Scarpe and Somme, Monchy, Bapuame, Siegfridfront, Cambrai, St. Quentin (all 1918).

He was awarded with a Eiserne Kreuz II Klasse.
