Militärpass No. 10

Here we have a Militärpass of Mr. Stefan Grätza.
He began his interesting service in Infanterie-Regiment Graf Barfuß (4. Westfälisches) Nr.17 in 1914 (22.8.1914). In 1916 he was transfered to 6th Kompagnie Ersatz Bataillon, Infanterie-Regiment Herwarth von Bittenfeld (1. Westfälisches) Nr.13.
He was in Kriegslazarett in Poniewiez because of a "Nierenentzündung".
In 1917 he was transfered to Reserve Infanterie Regiment Nr. 39 and then to the Feldluftschiffer Abteilung No. 5 (few months later to a Feldluftschiffer Abteilung No. 2).
He took part in battles near: Champagne, Mass, Aisne, Vouziers, Antwerpen (with IR 17), Toten Mann, Somme (with IR 13), "Wald von Malancourt" and Höhe 304 (with RIR 39), Siegfridfront (with Feldluftschiffer Abteilung No.5, from 5.4.1917 to 23.4. 1917).
Important to metion - Mr. Grätza was part of a "Ballonzug 13" and "Ballonzug 81".
According to his Soldbuch, he received the "Eiserne Kreuz II Klasse" (15.10.1918).
